Your personal data specified in legal regulations (including your first name, surname, professional experience, education) will be processed under the applicable laws. If you decide to provide us with additional information about yourself (e.g. your image, email address, telephone number), this data will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent that you gave us by submitting your job application. At a further stage of the recruitment process you may be asked to take competence and language tests/resolve job-related case studies or provide a sample of your work.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without stating the reason by sending an email to the address: GDPR@stockspirits.com, or a letter by post to the above-specified address of the registered office of Stock, marked “Legal Department”. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to access your personal data, have it rectified, erased, right to restriction of processing and data portability, as well as right to object to data processing.
